Additional fees will be required if applying to multiple programs.

It is recommended that you have all of your required documents and materials ready before you create your profile. Please review the application and admission requirements on the select perfusion program and ClearApply webpages.

Nothing! Our team will review your application and let you know if anything is missing. Once all application requirements have been received, your finalized application will be sent to the university admissions team for review. You will be notified by ClearApply that your application has been submitted on your behalf.

Once your application is finalized with all required documents received and submitted to the university, you will be notified directly by the university admissions team regarding the status of your application.

Provide the following link to the individuals you would like to complete a recommendation on your behalf. If the selected institution accepts personalized letter, a link will be provided to share. Review specific program requirements.
